Dakalo Mudzielwana appointed finance manager

The Mvula Trust, one of the leading and revered non-profit organisations in South Africa, has appointed Mr. Dakalo Mudzielwana as its Finance Manager as from May 2020. He will be based in Midrand, Johannesburg.

Dakalo will be responsible for inter alia overall accounting and reporting function, management of cashflow, prepares annual budget, preparing and submitting monthly and annual accounting and financial reports.

He brings a wealth of experience and wide-ranging knowledge from his previous employment. Prior to joining The Mvula Trust, Dakalo was the Finance Manager at The Ford Foundation, Senior Accountant at Joint Aid Management (JAM) , Accounting and Finance Manager at Room to Read as well as Finance and Human Resources Assistant at The Population Council among others.

Dakalo describes himself as a valuable talent, attentive to details and well versed working in the development sector, non-governmental organisations, foundations and local organisations in the financial sector.
